Reservations and payments:
To reserve your spot:
1. Please pay a non-refundable $300 deposit. You can either pay online or mail a check to us:
Please go to http://www.keywestbacchanalia.myevent.com/3/online_payment.htm And make a non-refundable deposit payment of $300.00. All online payments will be charged a non-refundable fee of 8% and .35c per transaction. Or you can mail a $300.00 check payable to: Supernatural and Mysterious Key West LLC, 2301 Collins Ave #739, Miami Beach, FL 33139
2. Please email us at SpanishWineTours@yahoo.com and specify the name of your travel companion to share the room, or if you choose to purchase a single supplement ($700.00). Also please email us the date of the trip you chose.
3. Please click on the image on the bottom of this page. You will be directed to the Liability Waiver Form. Please print out the form and sign (1 form per person). Please mail the signed form to Supernatural and Mysterious Key West LLC, 2301 Collins Ave # 739, Miami Beach, FL 33139. . This waiver form must be signed and received 45 days prior to departure or the reservation will be treated as a cancellation.
4. The balance payment is due 45 days prior to departure. You can make the payment online (extra fees apply) or mail us a check as above.
5. You can book your trip within 45 days prior to departure - full payment and signed waiver is required.
6. After receiving your total payment you will receive a package with maps, brochures, information and detailed schedule.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds will be issued due to late arrival, early departure, or any unused portion of a tour. This waiver form must be signed and received by Jan 30th 2012 or the reservation will be treated as a cancellation. Cancellation fees are outlined below:
Cancellations received 91 or more days prior to trip start - $100.00 plus non-refundable deposit
Cancellations received 90-46 days prior to trip start - $300.00 plus non-refundable deposit
Cancellations received 45 days or less prior to trip start – 100% of trip price
INSURANCE:
In light of the above and due to the nature of Supernatural and Mysterious Key West LLC trip, we strongly urge the purchase of the appropriate travel and personal insurance, including trip cancellation / interruption insurance. Supernatural and Mysterious Key West LLC is NOT responsible for your insurance (including but not limited to: medical, dental, accident, lost luggage, delays, cancellations, death). We like Squaremouth.com, which allows you to compare various policies across the top Insurance Providers.
